The production line consists of a leveling machine, two front feeding shearing machines, two handling robots, and multiple chain conveyor belts. It realizes fully automatic production and automatically discharges waste.

The entire production line consists of two units, A and B. It can complete various complex working conditions such as front-end conveying of plates or external transportation of materials in the two units AB.

The processing sequence of the steel plate shearing automatic production solution is as follows:

- First, the plate enters the leveling machine for leveling and thickness measurement

- The plate enters the roller line for centering and width measurement

- The robot grabs the plate and places it on the stacking chain line

- The robot grabs the plate from the stacking line and places it on the measuring platform to measure the width again

- The robot grabs the plate and places it on the front feeding platform

- The pneumatic clamp feeds the plate

- The shearing machine cutting the sheet metal

- Then the conveyor belt reverses and the waste falls into the waste conveyor belt

- Then the conveyor belt rotates forward and transports the finished material backward
